Data, purposes and legal bases

We process contact, business, enquiry and communication data from the start check. This is for pre-contractual steps at your request, written communication and preparing an offer; where needed, also our legitimate interest in secure operation, abuse prevention and documentation. Analytics is processed only with consent.

Recipients, retention and analytics

Recipients may include VPS hosting, the contact relay/email service and, after consent, Google Analytics. Google processing may involve international transfers, subject to Google’s applicable safeguards. We retain enquiry data only for the purpose duration, your enquiry/offer handling and then only as required by statutory obligations.

Cookies, GeoIP and logs

The essential wsh_market cookie stores your manual market selection. On neutral entry, the IP is matched locally against DB-IP Country Lite (CC BY 4.0) for country selection; the IP is not sent to a GeoIP API and manual selection prevails. Server logs process technical access and security data for error analysis and defence. Google Analytics remains disabled until consent.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object; you may withdraw consent at any time for the future. You may complain to the Croatian authority AZOP or the competent authority where you live. There are no solely automated decisions.
