The offer controls scope, change requests, client cooperation, content and rights, EUR price, invoicing and payment, delivery/acceptance and care duration/cancellation. Published prices are non-binding; there is no Croatian VAT add-on. For cross-border B2B cases, reverse charge and tax treatment are determined in the offer. Confidentiality, credentials, IP/licence rights and third-party components follow the offer. Warranty, remedies and liability are subject to mandatory law. Croatian law applies subject to mandatory conflict rules; any court venue applies only where valid.
